dc.description	Los Equipamientos Hospitalarios son un área de gran interés dentro del campo de la arquitectura, más allá de la complejidad de su diseño, su objetivo es garantizar la seguridad, integridad y bienestar de los servicios para prevención, atención y tratamiento en el sector salud. Sin embargo, son estas mismas características las que constituyen la problemática del Hospital El Salvador en el municipio de Ubaté, cabecera de la región salud nororiente de Cundinamarca. Actualmente, categorizado nivel II de complejidad Media y cuyo edificio es catalogado como Bien de Interés Testimonial, funciona con una oferta inferior a la que se dispone en su portafolio de servicios, donde los primeros inexistentes son aquellos de carácter especializado; esto como consecuencia de las alteraciones y deterioro de la infraestructura actual, que además de representar una pérdida de identidad y memoria del patrimonio, se suma a la carencia de espacios que respondan a las disposiciones para dichos servicios especializados, obligando a la población del municipio y de los nueve municipios bajo su jurisdicción a recurrir a entidades fuera de la región, en ocasiones amenazando su estado de salud y económico. Es por tanto que bajo una investigación proyectual se busca diseñar una propuesta de recuperación, revitalización y ampliación del Hospital actual, constituyéndolo como complejo hospitalario regional recategorizado en nivel III de complejidad alta de atención en salud y para lo cual se propende un abordaje desde las construcciones de la teoría de la neuroarquitectura y el diseño biofílico integrados a la intervención del patrimonio arquitectónico.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Hospital equipment is an area of great interest within the field of architecture, beyond the complexity of its design, its objective is to ensure the safety, integrity and well-being of services for prevention, care and treatment in the health sector. However, these same characteristics constitute the problem of El Salvador Hospital in the municipality of Ubaté, head of the northeastern health region of Cundinamarca. Currently, categorized Level II of medium complexity and whose building is cataloged as asset of Testimonial interest, it works with a lower offer than that available in its portfolio of services, where the first non-existent are those of a specialized nature; this as a result of the alterations and deterioration of the current infrastructure, which in addition to representing a loss of identity and heritage memory, adds to the lack of spaces that respond to the provisions for these specialized services, forcing the population of the municipality and the nine municipalities under its jurisdiction to resort to outside the region, sometimes threatening their health and economic status. It is, entities therefore, that under a research project seeks to develop a proposal for recovery, revitalization and expansion of the current Hospital, making him as hospital complex regional recategorized in level III of increased complexity of health care and for which encourages an approach from the constructs of the theory of the Neuroarchitecture and Biophilic design integrated to the intervention of the architectural heritage.	spa
