dc.description	La propuesta arquitectónica y urbana del aeropuerto internacional en Palestina (Caldas) fortalecerá el triángulo de oro de la economía del país (Bogotá-Cali-Medellín) junto con su respectiva zona cafetera (Quindío-caldas-risaralda), conectando la zona centro occidental (puerto Nuquí-Tribugá) y el proyecto 4G de comunicación terrestre con el fin de contextualizar a Colombia con el mundo, por medio de la infraestructura aeroportuaria. Éste proyecto fue planteado desde hace más de 20 años por Planeación Nacional, desafortunadamente no se ha llevado acabo por inconsistencias político administrativas, sin embargo a pesar de los años sigue siendo importante su diseño y realización, teniendo en cuenta que Colombia se encuentra en un momento de globalización y debe preparar la prestación de este tipo de servicios con las exigencias y estándares de calidad de tal forma que logre encontrarse a la vanguardia y en el nivel óptimo del mundo competitivo. Considerando la urgente necesidad de atender el crecimiento de la demanda de la región y ampliar significativamente la capacidad de la red de aeropuertos a nivel nacional, el proyecto se basa en la creación de un plan maestro integrando la escala urbana y la escala arquitectónica puntual así como la multimodalidad en el transporte, teniendo como identidad la cultura del sector. Lo anterior se desarrolla por medio de una metodología cuyo propósito será cumplir con las normas urbanas regionales y técnicas del respectivo proyecto arquitectónico.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The urban and architectural proposal from the international airport in Palestine (Caldas) will strengthen the golden triangle of the economy of the country (Bogota-cali - Medellin) along with their respective coffee zone (Quindio-caldas-risaralda), connecting the area Western Center (port Nuquí-Tribugá) and 4 G of land communication project in order to contextualize to Colombia with the world, through the airport infrastructure. This project was raised for more than 20 years by national planning, unfortunately has not taken place by inconsistencies political administrative, however despite the years still being important to your design and implementation, taking into account that Colombia is at a time of globalization and should prepare the provision of such services with the requirements and quality standards to be at the forefront and at the optimal level is achieved in the competitive world. Considering the urgent need to meet the growth in demand in the region and significantly expand the capacity of the airport network at the national level, the project is based on the creation of a master plan by integrating the urban scale and punctual architectural scale as well as multimodality in transport, taking as identity culture of the sector. This takes place by means of a methodology whose purpose will be to meet regional and technical urban standards of the respective architectural project.	spa
