dc.description	El documento el agua como elemento articulador de los espacios naturales con la ciudad en la cuenca media del rio Bogotá, se encontrara la comprensión del agua desde un punto histórico, el cual permite entender el por qué la cuenca media del rio Bogotá ha sido un foco de contaminación a lo largo del tiempo hasta su condición actual tanto ecológica, poblacional y arquitectónico; con el fin de entender a fondo todos los factores que afectan el del rio Bogotá para ello se observara que este lugar se encuentra en medio del barrio Lisboa de Suba, la PETAR del Salitre y el municipio de Cota por lo tanto se entrara a consultar cada uno de estos lugares puesto que los acogen y rigen normativas totalmente diferentes pero que llevan a un mismo objetivo el cual es buscar la protección y consolidación de esta estructura ecológica como lo es la cuenca media del rio Bogotá; entendiendo todos los componentes anterior mente mencionados se encontrara información, conceptos y teorías que ayuden al desarrollo del proyecto para ello se aplicaran 6 conceptos operativos los cuales son: Arquitectura orgánica, Ciudad sostenible, Ambiente, Morfología ecológica, Clima, Paisaje natural. No obstante, se observa puntos de vistas de diferentes autores los cuales aportan a unos temas en específicos como lo son el diseño urbano y la protección o vinculación de los componentes ambientales y su relación con lo urbano sin llegar a afectar tanto lo ambiental con lo urbano, lo cual nos llevará al diagnosticó de los sectores afectados implementando estrategias de Aerofotografías, videos, planos del territorio y análisis climáticos para la comprensión del territorio generando estrategias de diseño que ayuden al desarrollo y concientización del agua como elemento principal dentro del desarrollo de cualquier ciudad siendo un elemento que configure y articule el espacio dentro del desarrollo de la ciudad sin que se siga viendo afectado por el desarrollo del mismo.	spa
