dc.description	El municipio de Une cuenta con un alto déficit de vivienda tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo según cifras del (departamento administrativo nacional de estadísticas DANE, 2018) principalmente en las veredas de San Luis, Combura y San isidro. Inicialmente, se realizaron investigaciones de bases teóricas como: libros, artículos y revistas, que brindaron información pertinente acerca de los materiales requeridos. Posteriormente el levantamiento de datos en campo mediante encuestas, un registro fotográfico y el diagnóstico del estado físico de las viviendas, permitiendo conocer las necesidades habitacionales de las comunidades, materialidad predominante (adobe), las tipologías existentes y las patologías (socavación, grietas y perdida del material). Paralelamente al trabajo de campo se realizó un prototipo de adobe con la técnica contemporánea de la región realizando una caracterizando el material y realizando ensayos de laboratorio. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos de la investigación, se planteó una solución arquitectónica mediante el diseño del prototipo de vivienda rural, por medio de métodos de construcción vernáculos de la región mediante una optimización estructural en adobillo, orientando hacia un proceso de autoconstrucción progresivo, con el fin de tener mejores condiciones de habitabilidad en estas veredas.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The municipality of Une has a high housing deficit, both qualitative and quantitative, according to figures from the (National Administrative Department of Statistics DANE, 2018) mainly in the villages of San Luis, Combura and San Isidro. Initially, research was carried out on theoretical bases such as: books, articles and magazines, which provided relevant information about the required materials. Subsequently, data collection in the field through surveys, a photographic record and the diagnosis of the physical state of the houses, knowing the housing needs of the communities, predominant materiality (adobe), existing typologies and pathologies (undermining, cracks and loss of material). Parallel to the field work, an adobe prototype was made with the contemporary technique of the region, characterizing the material and carrying out laboratory tests. According to the results obtained from the investigation, an architectural solution was proposed through the design of the rural housing prototype, through vernacular construction methods of the region through structural optimization in adobillo, orienting towards a process of progressive self construction, with in order to have better living conditions in these villages.	spa
