| dc.description | Actualmente la localidad de Ciudad Bolívar presenta un déficit en cuanto a equipamientos deportivos. En la actualidad solo tres polideportivos satisfacen las necesidades deportivas de la población de esta localidad, además de esto el plan maestro de equipamientos deportivos plantea intervenciones y mejoran en tan solo 5 de las 8 UPZ’s de la localidad dejando por fuera a las UPZ el Tesoro, El Mochuelo y Monte Blanco. Por lo tanto la importancia de desarrollar una Unidad Deportiva y Recreativa que responda ese déficit y se establezca como un centro para el desarrollo físico y la formación en disciplinas deportivas como el voleibol el futbol y el basquetbol. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | Currently the town of Ciudad Bolivar has a deficit in terms of sports equipment. At present only three sports centers meet the needs of the population of this town, in addition to this the master plan of sports equipment raises interventions and improves in only m5 of the UPZ's of the locality leaving out the UPZ the Treasury, El Mochuelo and Monte Blanco. Therefore the importance of developing a Sports and Recreation Unit that responds to that deficit and is established as a center for physical development and training in sports disciplines such as volleyball soccer and basketball. | spa |
