Urban Sustainable articulating model for a rural enviroment

Abstract

The department of Casanare today is one of the most important in Colombia since it generates food for the whole country, generally from this department are transported agricultural materials, livestock and minerals for the great exploitation of mines. But it is suffering changes that can damage the biodiversity it has; due to the lack of opportunities its population is reaching the extreme of having to leave their land in search of a better future because the national government does not provide sufficient aid to meet these needs.

Problems such as decentralization in municipal areas and lack of professional level educational facilities that generate not only new strategies in terms of technologies that modernize rural work, but that are intended for the progress and infrastructure of the municipality in general are causing those inhabitants to have to migrate either to the capital Yopal or to Bogotá capital of the country, this will generate is that the work in the field is left aside their major monetary support and that eventually could become fatal for society since it would lead to starvation in much of the country.

On the other hand, there is the problem of education in the region, taking data from DANE (2020) it was identified that the academic level of young people does not exceed 2% in Icfes tests in general, which means that not only education is failing, but also those existing facilities are falling short for future generations, The existing educational equipment and facilities are deficient for the student community and new facilities that meet the real needs of its inhabitants must be implemented, otherwise progress and modernization will not be possible if a modern education is to be developed.
