Implementación de estrategias de planificación territorial en el municipio de Cáqueza Cundinamarca

Abstract

Territorial planning is defined as a methodology within which it is intended to improve the quality of life, human development and competitiveness of the territory, according to the Ministries of the Interior, Public Works and Housing (2016), which is why planning territorial has become one of the main challenges for the municipalities surrounding Bogotá, since they become territories that allow social and economic interrelation with the capital, since they provide agricultural products and also serve as tourist attractions for this population of the country. In these sectors, the following problems are identified: problems of the infrastructure of the road network, in terms of the state of the roads and their disconnection, problems of the ecological structure, such as the impact of the main water sources and the impact of the economy. of the territory due to poor use of agricultural production, this is due to the presence of inconsistencies in the formulation of strategies and guidelines in urban planning within the Territorial Planning Schemes (E.O.T). In this context, the research focuses on proposing a series of strategies and actions at the territorial level for the Municipality of Cáqueza, Cundinamarca. This is achieved through the analysis of urban and rural structures, with the aim of addressing the various conflicts identified in the general diagnosis. The approach is oriented towards the socio-spatial recovery of the territory, with the aim of improving its functioning and promoting the development of both the municipality and its surrounding areas, which include Chipaque, Une, Fomeque, Quetame, Fosca and Ubaque.
