UMBLA, articulación del tejido urbano por medio de las estrategias del plan de mejoramiento integral del hábitat (PIMI-H), en los barrios urbanización Los Molinos, Marruecos, Bochica, Molinos II y San Agustín

Abstract

The general objective of the project presented is to design the articulation of the urban fabric through the strategies of the Intervention Plan for the Integral Improvement of the Habitat (PIMI-H) in those neighborhoods adjacent to the Chiguaza Creek, addressing each of the variables through the articulation and the way to link the ecological structure to the benefits of the population and its conservation. Improving the urban development, its consolidation, and the implementation of the change of use to a property of cultural interest (BIC) that is in deterioration and urban disarticulation. That it works for this population and its surroundings. In the same way, the relationship between the urban piece and the ecological structure is fundamental since through it we can link different sectors for our own benefit. In the processes of informal occupation of the territory we see some relevant authors on informal settlements and their conditions that generate the impact of the urban structure as Carlos Alberto Torres Tovar and Mercedes Castillo, who give great relevance to the social and economic aspects as determinants of these informal activities. And that by carrying out these types of projects based on the strategies of the (PIMI-H) we can integrate an urban piece that benefits mitigate this social, economic and environmental problems given its informal origin and consolidate the UPL 18 Rafael Uribe, through quality of services, ecological structure and equipment for population use.
