Divergencias en la relación del proyecto educativo institucional (PEI) con la praxis institucional en la I.E Juan XXIII de la ciudad de Medellín. Revisión temporal entre los años 2012 a 2023

Abstract

The central objective of this research is to observe and analyze the relationship between the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) and the Professional Praxis in an educational institution located in the city of Medellin, Colombia. Considering how this relationship affects the achievement of the objectives set by the institution in its PEI; this project was developed using a qualitative methodology with a narrative approach, and the proposed paradigm is a constructivist one. All this was possible due to the implementation of two instruments that supported the analysis of the information collected and the interpretation of the results obtained from some of the graphs in the study. A wide range of conceptual references, legal documents, and background information was found, allowing the study to be much stronger. The analysis was pointed out by the voices of the professionals active in the institution. In the conclusions, it was possible to infer the existence of a direct relationship between the PEI and the practice that allows the achievement of the objectives; however, the existence of other factors that surround the work of the professionals was evidenced and hardly alters that result. Among the achievements obtained, the enumeration of the systematized findings stands out, as do the conclusions raised from the analysis of the information. Additionally, four strategies extracted from the hermeneutic process could strengthen and improve the relationship between the PEI and the praxis for institutional processes.
