Abstract
Lisbon currently has a deficit of functionality in its structures and because of this the historic center of the city loses its cultural heritage value, which is reflected today without taking into account the activities of the people and the artist who live in this place. It is essential to offer the citizens of Lisbon activities that require a direct relationship with the environment. This is raised with the idea of developing a restoration in the historic center that allows the contextualization and presentation of the project to which it is necessary to intervene in existing spaces, adapting the use and function of cultural assets, along with new residential buildings. Sustainable architectural design strategies are required to comply with Lisbon's municipal master plan, which aims to modernize the city's infrastructure and seeks a new urban planning paradigm with important development objectives.
