La política educativa en Colombia alrededor de a la familia en tiempos de covid-19 durante los años 2020-2022

Abstract

On December 31, 2019 in the city of Wuhan, the People's Republic of China, a new type of coronavirus is presented, which manifests as a very serious respiratory infection. This new viral disease was designated with the name of SARS-COV-2 and later with the name of COVID-19 by the International Committee on Viral Taxonomy (ICTV). In this context, the disease had high levels of contagion and multiple complications, which led the Chinese local authorities to declare a health emergency and later a planetary pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). This new pathology is defined by said body as severe difficulty breathing, fatigue, loss of smell, taste and cognitive dysfunction, among other symptoms. In Colombia, March 6, 2020, the Ministry of Health confirms the existence of the first case of COVID-19, after which the National Government, on March 12 of the same year, issued the first recommendations to prevent and deal with the expansion of the virus. COVID-19. In Colombia, the National Government initiates the educational policy, with the declaration of a health emergency, through Decree 457 on March 23 of the year 2020. This educational policy, initiated, covers all Education. However, this research revolves around the role of the family, in the educational context of children and adolescents during the time that Educational Institutions were closed due to COVID-19 during the years 2020-2022.
