INTRODUCCIÓN AL 7 SIBGUADUA: LA GUADUA COMO MATERIAL ESTRUCTURAL Y SOSTENIBLE

A partir de la normatividad desarrollada en la NSR-10 sobre la utilización de la guadua como material estructural se abrió un nuevo escenario para arquitectos en cuanto a diseño y construcción con este material. En este contexto apareció la Red Internacional del Bambú y la Guadua, creada en 2015 y a partir del 2016 el grupo de investigación Hábitat Tecnológico y Construcción comenzó a interactuar con la red. Primero mediante la asistencia a los eventos y después aportando la participación de ponentes internacionales y es así como desde el año 2019 varios investigadores y semilleros entraron a formar parte de la red. Por tal motivo, como aporte a la cooperación con la Red Internacional del Bambú y la Guadua Sibguadua, se programó un evento para abordar la temática general del uso del material y promoción del Simposio que se realizará en Lima, Perú en el mes de octubre del próximo año y en el cual el grupo de investigación forma parte del comité organizador. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPWKeEswB40&list=PLQmO5DIlGNOxAZzws-OM26_7h016_UWiJ&index=51
Abstract
From the regulations developed in the NSR-10 on the use of guadua as a structural material, a new scenario was opened for architects in terms of design and construction with this material. In this context, the International Bamboo and Guadua Network appeared, created in 2015 and from 2016 the research group Hábitat Tecnológico y Construcción began to interact with the network. First by attending events and then by contributing to the participation of international speakers, and this is how, since 2019, several researchers and seedbeds have become part of the network. For this reason, as a contribution to the cooperation with the International Bamboo and Guadua Sibguadua Network, an event was scheduled to address the general theme of the use of material and promotion of the Symposium to be held in Lima, Peru in October of next year and in which the research group is part of the organizing committee.
