PUCS- Proyecto urbano para la construcción social del hábitat

Abstract

The present investigation arises from the analysis of each of the structuring elements of the urban space that constitute the UPZ 82 Patio Bonito in the town of Kennedy in Bogotá. According to the studies carried out, there is a deficit of public space, road network, parks and facilities of a social and cultural nature, which in turn is in poor condition due to its deterioration, which is reflected in the social deterioration in the territory for its appropriation and integral participation of the habitat. Given this problem situation, the development of an urban project based on a renovation treatment that allows improving these structuring elements and giving priority to the improvement of social relations that are currently practically non-existent is proposed. To achieve this, it begins with the analysis of the space and the existing social relations that are developed within it in relation to the city, managing to integrate the different dimensions, considering the target population and the characteristics they have in relation to the class. Finally, the creation of spaces that allow generating these social relationships from the meeting and enjoyment of the territory for its construction is proposed, promoting the quality of life of each of its inhabitants. In this way, the design of the public space will be the axis on which work will be carried out along with the search for greater integration of the different actors and appropriation so that it is sustainable over time, improving its perception.
