Abstract

This research seeks to establish a project that contributes to the development of agriculture and trade in the municipality of Ramiriquí, Boyacá, taking into account that the current market place that the municipality has a deficiency that affects agricultural trade, since it does not meet with the minimum standards to operate, this causes the spaces to become unhealthy, which leads the municipality to generate difficulties in its economic development, since the main labor development is focused primarily on agriculture and livestock, fishing and forestry, activities directly linked to the market place and its activities. Therefore the main objective of the project is to identify the importance of the municipality and contribute to its development, therefore the research is established in two phases, where the perception of the inhabitant of the municipality is initially taken into account to obtain architectural and urban determinants , in order to obtain determinants that contribute to its development, on the other hand, the PBOT (Basic Territorial Planning Plan) is adopted, where municipal regulations and economic, cultural and tourism dynamics that arise in the construction of the municipality will be established. new marketplace providing higher quality standards in marketing and generating new urban spaces that provide and position the municipality in the department. With what has already been mentioned and through a rigorous municipal analysis, the project seeks to project an agricultural complex to carry out commercial agricultural activities for the capital of the Province of Márquez, Ramiriquí, Boyacá, in order to promote and generate a development that impacts in the economic and social sector of not only Ramiriquí but of the province of Márquez.
