Abstract

The present work studies the need in the northern area of the department of Cundinamarca, this place it is characterized by its agricultural production, culture, tourism and mining, In the analysis we did, it showed that one of its biggest problems was the lack of adequate equipment, it focused in the agrarian sector, that promotes agricultural education and production, a place that provides help to the peasant population because it is the most affected group of people in this area. The different municipalities in the northern area of the department of Cundinamarca with the highest production in: agriculture and the livestock sector were studied, from this research three municipalities that have the greatest influence and potential in the agricultural sector are chosen. It is determined that the Municipality of Villa de San Diego de Ubaté belonging to the Province of Ubaté, in the jurisdiction of the department of Cundinamarca, in the northern part of the Bogotá savanna, is the most suitable place to carry out said project, since it gives economic and potential support in this area and in its nearby municipalities. An architectural design of an Agricultural Technological Institute is proposed, it will help the economic development of this area, it giving the facility to the people of the place to improve the empirical knowledge acquired and that they can better this work; opening will be given to promote and provide persistence to the traditions of these places, In this place the population of the municipalities strengthen and improve their economic, physical, mental, and cultural capabilities in an efficient way for their agricultural activity.
