Proyecto complejo logístico de carga y transporte para el municipio de Tocaima, potencializando el desarrollo agrícola y comercial, y la articulación vial con la región.

Abstract

This work is focused on contribute in the Province of Alto Magdalena, whose territory is characterized by its variety in tourism, rest areas and the agricultural and livestock sector. By means of a series of analyses carried out in the territory, the deficits and deficiencies of the different sectors of the Province and the municipalities that integrate it could be evidenced, in order to provide an architectural, urban and sustainable solution that provides development, competitiveness and productivity in the areas with problems. Upon establishing a diagnosis in the different municipalities of the Alto Magdalena Province with respect to their productivity in the agricultural and livestock sector, tourism and transportation, it was observed that the Municipality of Tocaima, which is located in the Alto Magdalena Province and which is within the Department of Cundinamarca, is the territory that presents the highest deficiencies and deficits, making it the ideal place due to its location within the Province and its connection with the other municipalities. Because of this, it is proposed the design of an equipment or logistic node for cargo, commercialization and transportation that implements spaces such as warehouses, spaces for commercialization, lodging, transportation system, among others that strengthen the vocation of the Municipality, on the other hand, generate competitiveness against other Provinces in the primary sector by means of certifications, courses, tools and the transportation of its inputs for commercialization and exportation to other sectors. equally it is intended to generate an articulation of the territories that present mobility difficulties.
