Manual de estrategias sustentables en procesos de diseño y construcción de vivienda unifamiliar en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

This document analyzes and evaluates the integration of sustainable strategies that allow the optimal development of single-family housing in Bogotá, through an initial diagnosis of the environmental problems that are currently asserted by the harmful practices with which we execute the construction of housing omitting essential conditions in the integrality of the human being, in Bogotá there are negative antecedents regarding the magnitude of regulations that accelerate the inclusion of new methods understood in the first measure by the link between man and the environment, The development was carried out through three chapters from an exploration of the environmental problems to which the sector is linked through specific statistics so that the current behavior of construction is understood, therefore in the second chapter an analysis is carried out of housing over time in the city to understand how the pattern of the home has been modified with the architectural transitions that have influenced it. A subsequent analysis is focused on four (4) main themes in relation to the dynamics observed in housing as (energy, water, well-being and materials) in order to argue the strategies that are projected with respect to each category in the last chapter called as development through which the optimal application of each guideline that arises is determined, concluding in a manual that stimulate knowledge about sustainable measures applicable in housing.
