Sinestesia urbana: Estrategias y acciones de planificación urbana, casco urbano municipio de Anolaima - Cundinamarca

Abstract

The municipality of Anolaima- Cundinamarca is characterized for having an outstanding agricultural activity in the region because it is the fourth municipality in the province of Tequendama with the greatest contribution and participation to the provincial GDP, thanks to its diverse production due to the fact that it has a wide variety of thermal floors; this is why it is one of the main suppliers of the rural area of the department of Cundinamarca to Bogotá. It currently has an annual production of 8,300 tons, according to the report of the National Administrative Department of Statistics [DANE, 2013] with data on food supply. The main problem that afflicts the urban area of the municipality of Anolaima is the deficient urban planning that is reflected in long-term consequences. The functioning of the urban area is affected in its road structure, presenting points of high congestion, deterioration of its main equipment and the detriment of the water basins that cross the urban area, due to the accumulation of waste by the inhabitants of its borders. On the other hand, the municipality during the last decades has been losing its population due to the lack of opportunities. Having said this, this research aims to formulate some strategies and planning actions that can provide solutions to the various urban problems that afflict the municipality, aiming for a balance between the vectorial dimensions (sustainability, competitiveness and equity), as well as generate urban synesthesia, referring to the promotion of new forms of appropriation of the territory.
