Strategos: Implementación de estrategias de planificación en el municipio de Mesitas del Colegio

Abstract

The municipalities all around the city of Bogotá are territories that are socially and economically interrelated with the Colombian capital. These regions have infrastructure that promotes economic development from the commercialization of agricultural products and local tourism. However, territorial planning in these sectors presents different problems that affect the territory, due to that there are inconsistencies in the formulation of urban planning strategies and guide within the Territorial Ordering Schemes (E.O.T). In this sense, the research carried out focused on proposing a series of strategies for the urban area of ​​the Municipality of Mesitas del Colegio established on the analysis of urban structures and with the purpose of solving the different conflicts found in the general diagnostic, focusing them to the socio-spatial recovery of the place, in order to improve the functioning and development of the territory.
