Abstract

The Neighborhood Santa Fe presents a combination, problematic of social, spatial and environmental problems that are demonstrating in the population associated to sexual work like the children and young women, residents and major adult due to the economic dynamics that wove environment to the sexual services consolidating in short time a sense of territorial appropriation that submitted of way restricted to the traditional residential use and gave to him step to new uses to the structures and to the public space giving this an urban development degeneracy that I represent in the neighborhood a devaluation of the residential and commercial real estate not ligatures to the sexual services and complementary activities. This way, the impact to urban development level expressed in an intensive change of use of the soil, of residential to commercial and of services related to the high place I strike producing a physical Deterioration of the buildings and houses left by his owners, due to the inconformity that they had with regard to the Special Zone of Services of High place I Strike causing problematic environmental as the high volumes of auditory and visual pollution by the proliferation of establishments tied to the prostitution, closing of the collective equipments of education and culture that were giving them these services in the sector, deterioration of the public space of the sector when existed a constant presence of garbages of the establishments in him and the dynamics of the use of high place I affect the public space. A project is generated depending on three variables that are the social, spatial and environmental thing where in the intervention the axis of the street identifies as important axes of the dynamics of the piece of the city 22 and the career 16 in the Neighborhood Santa Fe that searches by means of the development of a project of public space attending to three types of dynamics of the use of high place I impress whose problematics to the principal user they are the sexual workers but that reverberates in the immediate environment that they are the children, young women major adult and residents, dynamics that develop in the private thing and in the public thing one seeks to organize the uses and to answer to the aspects of urban landscape and functional demands mitigating the condition marginality in that the population of the Neighborhood is Santa Fe, allowing the constant use of the sector framed in punctual interventions of scattering
