Se analiza sí la amigable composición es un mecanismo efectivo de acceso a la administración de justicia, ahondando para ello en su concepto, contexto, objeto y en sí en todas sus características formales y materiales. Aunado a lo anterior se conciben algunas consideraciones doctrinarias y jurisprudenciales para poder establecer su naturaleza y partiendo de allí poder vislumbrar su verdadero alcance en la consolidación del derecho al acceso a la administración de justicia.
Abstract
We analyze whether the friendly composition is an effective mechanism for access to the administration of justice, digging for it in concept, context, object and itself in all its formal and material characteristics. Added to this are conceived doctrinal and jurisprudential considerations to establish its nature and starting from there catch a glimpse of its true scope in the consolidation of the right to access to justice.
