The amount of substances that are currently known that are used for aesthetic improvement of buildings are quite a lot, so much so that buildings on land that are considered historical heritage of the country have generally used these substances for their facades, made by artisans and that It carries with it a culture that comes from several years and that as a result of time seeks to protect, care and mainly preserve.     Abstract

    Este trabajo busca analizar y brindar una solución que minimice las patologías por humedades como son eflorescencias y fisuras, esto con base a los estudios y laboratorios realizados e investigados en el ámbito de la tapia pisada. Actualmente las pinturas convencionales que son comercializadas en el país se caracterizan por ser altamente toxicas y contaminantes debido a la alta cantidad de metales pesados que contienen en sus componentes lo que puede ser dañino para la salud de las personas que habiten en estas edificaciones. La cantidad de sustancias que se conocen en la actualidad que son utilizadas para mejoramiento estético de edificaciones son bastantes, tanto así que generalmente las edificaciones en tierra que son consideradas patrimonio histórico del país han utilizado de estas sustancias para sus fachadas, hechas por artesanos y que lleva con esto una cultura que viene de varios años y que a raíz del tiempo se busca proteger, cuidar y principalmente preservar. Por tal razón, se plantea una pintura sin aditivos tóxicos que contaminen el medio ambiente, preserve edificaciones en tierra y permitan protegerlas de bacterias y hongos, ya que estas dañan y afectan la estabilidad de la misma produciendo desplome en ocasiones por no tener un tratamiento a factores de humedad.
