    Abstract

    Hablar de la universidad colombiana actual, es tratar temas que resaltan y sintetizan el impacto de acontecimientos pasados y su influencia directa o indirecta, pero que definitivamente han marcado un precedente para la legislación de la educación superior del país. Así pues estos resultados pueden atribuirse a manifestaciones de tipo educativo, tales como el manifiesto originado desde la entraña de la Universidad de Córdoba en 1918, y es precisamente la inspiración y pretensión de este artículo, determinar la influencia de dicha revolución educativa, en la legislación de la educación superior en Colombia; a partir de la consulta, el contraste y análisis de elementos teóricos legislativos y documentos que respaldan la revolución del 18', lo cual es en definitiva un asunto relevante para el entendimiento reflexivo de los antecedentes y desarrollo de la educación superior colombiana
