| dc.description | Esta investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar el proceso en el Departamento Técnico que genera la producción de la empresa de diseño estructural Aycardi Ingenieros Civiles S.A.S, con base en las normas legales de las ISO 9000, 14000 y 18000, pretendiendo constatar si se están aplicando los procesos adecuados y hallar las causas de los problemas internos que tiene la compañía, y que no les está permitiendo seguir con el ritmo competitivo en el que se encontraba. Se desarrolló esta monografía con base a las variables de los procesos productivos que tiene la compañía en la parte de la gestión técnica del manejo de los proyectos, las cuales se conceptualizan con el análisis y discusión de los resultados que tiene cada proceso o de las normas que se rigen y del rol de sus empleados. Los resultados obtenidos de la investigación reflejan que existen algunos elementos de las funciones del proceso productivo que se ejecutan de manera informal y de éstas, la mayoría afecta negativamente a la gestión de la empresa, por tal motivo, se propone a la organización implementar una reestructuración del Departamento Técnico de la compañía. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This research was carried out with the aim of analysing the process in the Technical Department that generates the production of the structural design company Aycardi Ingenieros Civiles S.A.S, based on the legal standards of ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000. The aim was to ascertain whether the appropriate processes are being applied and to find the causes of the company's internal problems, which are allowing us to keep up with the competitive pace in which it was. This monograph was developed based on the variables of the productive processes that the company has in the technical management of project management, which are conceptualized with the analysis and discussion of the results of each process or the rules that govern and the role of its employees. A series of investigations, background, theoretical and legal frameworks were carried out to carry out the first part of this investigation. The results obtained from the investigation reflect that there are some elements of the functions of the productive process that are executed informally and most of these negatively affect the management of the company, for this reason, it is proposed to the organization to implement a restructuring of the Technical Department of the company. | spa |
