    Abstract

    Las enfermedades presentadas por los conductores del sistema integrado de transporte público de Bogotá (SITP) debido a las consecuencias generadas por estrés crónico que conlleva al síndrome de BURNOUT, tienen consecuencias tales como el ausentismo laboral. En Colombia, esta manifestación no ha sido investigada a profundidad, esto crea una necesidad, por ello, teniendo en cuenta indagaciones previas en otros países, se desarrolla una exploración que pretende generar un cambio en las condiciones de trabajo de este grupo social. Buscando prever afectaciones físicas, psicológicas y emocionales en el personal, reduciendo el riesgo también a los empleadores de asumir una responsabilidad por culpa patronal. En suma, se construyó un instrumento que puede ayudar a las empresas y/o trabajadores a identificar el síndrome de Burnout pretendiendo, concientizarlos de la responsabilidad que tienen de crear y mantener ambientes con los más bajos elementos estresores.
