A lo largo del presente trabajo se desarrollará la propuesta de diseño arquitectónico para el Centro Ecoturístico Corozal, con el fin de ser ubicado en el Municipio de Vista Hermosa en el Departamento del Meta, el cual busca integrar las perspectivas estructural, social y económica, en una infraestructura que promueva el desarrollo económico de los habitantes del municipio, los cuales han sido víctimas del conflicto armado que ha marcado la historia de Colombia por más de 50 años y en la actualidad sufren las graves consecuencias del mismo, entre ellas, el abandono por parte del estado y la falta de inversión social para generar un óptimo desarrollo social, cultural y económico y así garantizar a sus habitantes el bienestar social. Por otra parte, este estudio propone un lugar de conexión urbana y rural con áreas turísticas de gran biodiversidad y hermosos paisajes que se encuentran a sus alrededores, como lo son Caño Cristales en el Parque Nacional Natural la Macarena, más de veinte zonas arqueológicas, entre otros ecosistemas, con el fin de promover avances económicos y turísticos para la zona. Sumado a esto se pretende fomentar espacios públicos para la integración social, oportunidades de empleo para los habitantes del municipio al igual que brindarles a los turistas experiencias ecoturísticas con un enfoque sostenible.
Abstract
This research work is intended to address the architecture design of The Ecoturistic Center Corozal, to be located in the small town of Vista Hermosa in Meta, Colombia. With it we are aimed to integrate the structural, economic and social perspectives in a facility that promotes the development of the community that belongs to this area, which has revealed the lack of investment due to the conflict that has taken place in Colombia for over fifty years. Additionally, this document focuses in the creation of a community area in which rural and urban get connected along with other tourist places such are Caño Cristales at Parque Nacional Natural la Macarena, more than twenty archeological territories, among others attractive places to visit in order to foster the economy and the tourism. Furthermore, the purpose is to establish an area that supports the integration of the population and at the same time has job opportunities for the inhabitants; since they have few public recreational locations available, and it would also assist in providing to tourists the possibility of having an ecoturistic experience with a sustainable approach.
