Produced after the natural disaster , either quake , hydrographic , land runoff etc; leave behind a nightmarish landscape of misery , death and destruction are many reasons that have starred excessive environmental degradation : overexploitation of natural resources for industrial and economic development of nations , the population explosion and urban planning , among others. All efforts of the Government, to try to solve the tragedy that calls for its size , and greater responsiveness to urgent contingency declared areas , which is very limited , you may not have a national policy that definitely point to shoveling the drama of affected and exposed to the aggressive environment in a given period families. The responsiveness of government and nongovernmental organizations (Army, ministries, foundations, NGOS, Red Cross, FOPAE, etc.) Is measured by the availability of care for those affected with food, medicine, medical care, mobility, space safe and comfortable physical, while the emergency is resolved, which as the damage caused by natural phenomenon in the disaster area can be short or long time, is thus evident the need to plan new alternatives from of view of architectural and industrial design in safe, comfortable and healthy for families at any given time are affected by natural disasters spaces. In response to this problem seeks to implement a new emergency housing design , which meets the requirements demanded of them , based on modules beer baskets as a structural part and assembly is easy and quick to build to reply this need since in many cases the baskets are deposited in places where they are not given proper use so a system that would assist and generate expectation basket beer as material that could contribute to the construction of these sought emergency housing and thus show results through laboratory tests will be performed to demonstrate its strength and behavior in case of earthquakes. In Colombia 20% of the collection baskets beer , equivalent to an average of more than 66,000 units ending in deposits without any use , and therefore contributes to responding recycled as well as new alternatives shown redesign emerging removable housing .     Abstract

    Colombia al igual que otros países del mundo, no escapa de la triste realidad de las emergencias ambientales. Ante estos acontecimientos, las autoridades competentes del ejecutivo nacional, declaran zonas de contingencia o emergencia a vastos sectores geográficos, los cuales involucran áreas urbanas y rurales. Una vez producido el desastre natural, ya sea telúrico, hidrográfico, deslave de tierra, etc., dejan tras de sí, un paisaje dantesco de miseria, muerte y destrucción son múltiples las razones que han protagonizado un excesivo deterioro ambiental: sobre explotación de los recursos naturales en pro del desarrollo industrial y económico de las naciones, la explosión demográfica o el urbanismo entre otros. Todo esfuerzo del Gobierno Nacional, para tratar de solventar la tragedia que reclama, por sus dimensiones, una mayor y urgente capacidad de respuesta a zonas declaradas de contingencia, la cual es muy limitada, quizás por no tener una política nacional que definitivamente apunte a palear el drama de las familias damnificadas y expuestas a la agresividad del medio en un periodo determinado. La capacidad de respuesta de los organismos gubernamentales y no gubernamentales (Ejército, Ministerios, Fundaciones, ONG, Cruz Roja, FOPAE etc.) se mide por la disponibilidad de atender a las personas afectadas con alimentos, medicinas, atención médica, movilidad, un espacio físico seguro y cómodo, mientras se resuelve la situación de emergencia, la cual según sea el daño ocasionado por el fenómeno natural en la zona de desastre puede ser de tiempo corto o prolongado, Se evidencia pues, la necesidad de proyectar alternativas nuevas desde el punto de vista del diseño arquitectónico e industrial en materia de espacios seguros, confortables y salubres para las familias que en un momento determinado se ven afectadas por desastres naturales. emergencia, que responda a las necesidades que demanda de las mismas, con base en módulos de canastas de cerveza como parte estructural y que sea de fácil ensamble y rápida de construir para responder a dicha necesidad pues en muchas ocasiones las canastas se depositan en lugares en los cuales no se les da un uso adecuado por esto se busca un sistema que permita contribuir y generar expectativa de la canasta de cerveza como material que podría contribuir en la construcción de estas viviendas de emergencia y así mostrar los resultados a través de pruebas experimentales que se realizará para demostrar su resistencia y comportamiento en caso de sismos. En Colombia el 20% de la recolección de las canastas de cerveza, equivalen en un promedio a más de 66.000 unidades que terminan en depósitos sin ningún uso, por ende se responde y contribuye al reciclaje y a su vez se muestra nuevas alternativas a un nuevo diseño de vivienda desmontable emergente.
