    TY - GEN T1 - Eco-hábitat progresivo: Vivienda social para la autoproducción AU - Reyes Topa, Alexis Y1 - 2019 UR - http://hdl.handle.net/11396/5084 PB - Universidad La Gran Colombia AB - This degree work is located in the municipality of Pandi Cundinamarca, the purpose of the research is to devise the design of a progressive housing group for displaced families located in rural areas and that do not have housing conditions in order to generate welfare, livelihood, quality of life, harmony, etc., and social roots by inhabitants of other areas. A development methodology is established that allows to integrate and zonify the areas of use of land use so that design concepts related to progress are covered and looking for an order criterion for the regulation of feasibility and design of public space, the different stages of the project allow to classify the soil according to its derivation from the design, it is also important to generate the sustainability of the project through the preservation of natural resources to select appropriate materials for construction, without being subjected to sharp contrasts with the natural and built environment, equally taking into account economic, climatic and social factors. What this seeks is to propose the implementation of a system that is open to generate permeability between the constructive, natural and design of the project to suit the general characteristics of the landscape and to respond adequately to the phases of implementation of the territory and propose a progressive design for housing, with which to enhance and control the occupation of family growth, and incidentally generate livelihood for each housing unit and communal, in order to increase the economy identity in the territory.     Abstract

    El presente trabajo de grado se encuentra ubicado en el municipio de Pandi Cundinamarca, el propósito de la investigación es idear el diseño de una agrupación de vivienda progresiva para familias desplazadas ubicadas en zonas rurales y que no cuentan con condiciones óptimas de una vivienda, con el fin que permita generar bienestar, sustento, calidad de vida, armonía etc., y un que genere un arraigo social por parte habitantes de otras zonas colindantes Se establece una metodología de desarrollo que permita integrar y zonificar las zonas de manejo de usos del suelo, por lo que se abarcan conceptos de diseño relacionados al progreso y buscando un criterio de orden para la regulación de viabilidad y el diseño del espacio público, las diferentes etapas del proyecto permiten clasificar el suelo de acuerdo a su derivación del diseño, también es importante generar la sostenibilidad de proyecto mediante la preservación de recursos naturales para seleccionar los materiales apropiados para su construcción, sin verse sometida a contrastes bruscos con el entorno natural y lo que se encuentra construido, de igual manera teniendo en cuenta los factores económicos, bioclimáticos y sociales del entorno Lo que busca lo comentando anteriormente es proponer la implementación de un sistema que sea abierto para que se genere permeabilidad entre lo constructivo, natural y de distribución del diseño del proyecto para que se adapte a las características generales del paisaje y que responda adecuadamente a las fases de implementación del territorio, para proponer un diseño progresivo para la vivienda, con que permita potenciar y controlar la ocupación suelo y del crecimiento familiar, y de paso generar sustento para cada unidad habitacional y comunal, con el propósito de incrementar la economía, la identidad en el territorio y calidad de vida de las familias vulnerables. La importancia del diseño del proyecto es percibir las necesidades de los habitantes del municipio de Pandi, a partir de un diagnóstico, para dar soluciones basadas en el diseño de unidades habitacionales por medio de una agrupación de vivienda con progreso, que permita suplir las necesidades sociales, económicas de la población rural, preservando y dando armonía con los entornos naturales presentes.
