Abstract

This is a demonstration of the general state of the foster children with respect to the obligations that arise, in front of these, due to the bonds that are generated by the bonds of affection, reason why it has not been questioned by any sector of the academy, on the repercussions in which they can become the interpretation of the Constitutional Court on the extension of family rights, the people that without having an y bond, the child of the obligations that in strict right do not correspond and that more still have not yet a legal support in the type of support, although in the jurisprudential development are certain lights on how to approach this subject, therefore a diagnosis is made on the state of the figure in the legal order and the consequences that can cause it’s not regulation.
