Abstract

"The area of knowledge that the current work shows, is based on the recognition and subsequent respect that must be had for the diversity of gender, all framed within a framework of tolerance, that achieves the result of a healthy coexistence from the point of View of learning, in school settings. That is why the analyze concepts used by the Charter Free School Environments Discrimination proposed by the Ministry of Education, it seeks to raise awareness of the coexistence in institutions, in order to provide elements and strategies that conform to the manuals of coexistence of schools in the country. Taking into account the above, it is important to know the priority notions that are set out inthe booklets. These are school environments free of discrimination, that allow to reduce the gap on the lack of knowledge about the sexual orientations and gender identities that are presented in the institutions. But it is also important to validate the remedies that are shown in the primers issued by the Ministry of Education, in order to mitigate the repressions and little tolerance that are present in the school environment and which affects not only students but the student body, Understand students, teachers, directives among others"
