    Abstract

    El proyecto de investigación aborda la educación participativa como elemento clave para redireccionar la asignatura de Español y Literatura en el Colegio Teresiano de Bogotá en las estudiantes del Grado Décimo A. De igual forma, hace evidente el rol que desempeñan tanto el estudiante como el docente dentro de la educación participativa y la relación de reciprocidad que debe haber entre ellos; así mismo, enfatiza las diferencias entre la educación tradicional y la participativa donde, ésta última, es la mejor opción para transformar las prácticas educativas actuales. De la misma manera, muestra las ventajas que ofrecen seis técnicas grupales aplicadas con éxito en el Grado Décimo A para mejorar el desempeño de sus integrantes. Y por último, invita a la reflexión permanente y al uso de las técnicas en pro de la labor pedagógica
