    TY - GEN T1 - Centro de acopio y capacitación tecnológica para el agro en la región de lengupá AU - Montaña Leal, Mario David AU - Ávila García, Miguel Y1 - 2015 UR - http://hdl.handle.net/11396/4286 PB - Universidad La Gran Colombia AB - The " distribution center and technical and technological training for agriculture in the region Lengupá " project aims to mitigate the social impact that has occurred after the defection of the young population , which has been uprooted largely due the lack of both educational opportunities and employment , generating a training center to training focused on this population , on issues related to agriculture. Increasing agricultural production has largely been cast less due to the emergence of oil companies have been intervening in the grounds of the region , this increase occurs from the training and support the peasant in production processes and marketing in cultures that want to develop , which will impact directly on improving their economy and thus in the region. Environmental awareness, which starts from the implementation of construction processes with sustainable materials like bamboo for construction as it is a material of rapid growth and wide production , using techniques for collecting rainwater to be used for irrigation of greenhouses existing in the project and supply the hydraulic network of the same..Within the construction processes foundations in shallow concrete , which will pedestals that will serve as a support for anchoring the bamboo columns , retaining walls appear anchored to the ground in order to create spaces with a minimum be developed tilt and easy circulation , collection of rainwater by implementing covers that direct the water to storage tanks that will later be used for irrigation of the greenhouses and the hydraulic supply network project. The proposal as such in its operation, will feature classrooms, audiovisual spaces , laboratories, workshops (greenhouses ) , tanks , circulation , cafes , sports facilities , parks , goals , areas of access, administrative building and bathrooms batteries , this in terms of educational, in terms of gathering area warehousing, administrative building, selection area , parking for light vehicles , parking for heavy vehicles and batteries bathrooms , seeking that this infrastructure will contribute to the improvement of arises marketing and quality of life of the inhabitants of the province and last not least instance universal accessibility for people with physical disabilities, which will have access to the dinning raised due to the inclination of the lot to intervene create broader access connecting ramps for each proposed level . The infrastructure is located 20 minutes from the town of , on a lot that is central to main roads leading to the municipalities in the province of Lenguppa , municipality of Miraflores an alternate route connecting the two main roads with the proposed avoid heavy vehicle access to urban area , as road infrastructure is not suitable for the movement of heavy vehicles . By creating a mall connecting peatonalmente the municipality with the project, this without neglecting the proposal of two more hits will supply the both pedestrian and vehicular the educational project , the inhabitants of the municipalities of the region access.     Abstract

    El proyecto “Centro de acopio y capacitación técnica y tecnológica para el agro en la región de Lengupá”, tiene como propósito mitigar el impacto social que se ha dado a partir de la deserción de la población joven, que se ha desarraigado en gran medida debido a la falta de oportunidades tanto educativas como laborales, generando un centro de capacitación tecnológica enfocado a la capacitación de este tipo de población, en temas relacionados con la agrícola. Aumentar la producción agrícola que en gran medida ha sido echada a menos debido a la aparición de empresas petroleras que han venido interviniendo en los terrenos de la región, este aumento se da a partir de la capacitación y acompañamiento al campesino en procesos productivos y de comercialización en los cultivos que deseen desarrollar, lo cual impactará directamente en el mejoramiento de su economía familiar y por ende de la región. Conciencia ambiental, que arranca a partir de la implementación de procesos constructivos con materiales sostenibles como la guadua para su construcción ya que es un material de rápido crecimiento y amplia producción, usando técnicas para la recolección de aguas lluvias que serán utilizadas para el riego de invernaderos existentes en el proyecto y abastecimiento de la red hidráulica del mismo. Dentro de los procesos constructivos se desarrollarán cimentaciones en concreto de baja profundidad, de los cuales saldrán los pedestales que servirán como punto de apoyo para el anclaje de las columnas en guadua, aparecerán muros de contención anclados al terreno a fin de generar espacios con una mínima inclinación y fácil circulación, recolección de las aguas lluvias mediante la implementación de cubiertas que dirigirán el agua a tanques de almacenamiento que posteriormente serán usadas para el riego de los invernaderos y abastecimiento de la red hidráulica del proyecto. La propuesta como tal en su funcionamiento, contará con aulas, espacios para medios audiovisuales, laboratorios, talleres (invernaderos), depósitos, circulaciones, cafeterías, zonas deportivas, zonas verdes, porterías, plazoletas de acceso, edificio administrativo y baterías de baños, esto en cuanto a lo educativo, en cuanto a la parte de acopio se plantea área de bodegaje, edificio administrativo, área de selección, parqueadero para vehículos livianos, parqueadero para vehículos pesados y baterías de baños, en busca de que esta infraestructura contribuya al mejoramiento de la comercialización y calidad de vida de los habitantes de la provincia como ultima instancia no menos importante la accesibilidad universal debido a las personas con discapacidades física, los cuales tendrán acceso a las instalaciones planteadas, debido a la inclinación del lote a intervenir creamos accesos más amplios rampas de conexión por cada nivel propuesto. La infraestructura se ubica a 20 minutos del casco urbano del municipio de Miraflores, en un lote que se encuentra céntrico a vías principales que conducen a los municipios que integran la provincia de Lengupá, se propone una vía alterna que conecta las dos vías principales con el fin de evitar el acceso de vehículos pesados al casco urbano del municipio, pues su infraestructura vial no es apta para la circulación de vehículos de carga pesada. Mediante la creación de una alameda que conectará peatonalmente al municipio con el proyecto, esto sin dejar de lado la propuesta de dos accesos más que suplirán el acceso tanto peatonal como vehicular al proyecto educativo, de los habitantes de los municipios que conforman la región. En nuestra propuesta se conjugá la estética y la arquitectura, donde la parte visual del proyecto está reflejado en materiales naturales como la guadua el cual nos brinda unas luces amplias, con esto diseñamos espacios con iluminación natural y ventanales grandes para la permeabilidad visual al interior y exterior de diferentes puntos, asi mismo dando un aspecto natural tanto en los edificios como en los exteriores asi mismo tratados con guadua muros en mampostería y algunos en concreto para darle dinamismo, texturas a las fachadas del la propuesta arquitectónica y urbana
