Street axis 19 is one of the main arteries to agree to the downtown that bumps into a great deterioration in road, pedestrian infrastructure, public space and deficiency of green areas. The Transmilenio next to the SITP have become the main means of transport to get to this zone, adding to the high flow of particular vehicles, that it becomes difficult in peak hours for the tall quantity of unfunded population that gets to universities, high schools, offices, theaters, museums, churches and tourist zones. In addition to this great offer of activities the zone is principally commercial and residential where some problems show up that activities affect that take effect in this sector, like insecurity and the homeless of the street. The redensification that projects for this zone with projects like the BD Bacatá, City U and the triangle of Fenicia seek to generate urban renewal through buildings of mixed uses in height. With the redensification that are going to bring these projects and with the presentday deficit of space audience, the urban pedestrian and road infrastructure are going to collapse in peak hours, making mobility difficult. In order to solve this an integrative auto-sustainable project will be formulated for a new civilization that the public space of the street rejuvenates 19, pedestrianizing a single level partially with different journeys and implementing different textures and sustainable materials for the paving stones and the urban furniture, the design will have a focus in a public attractive space for the pedestrian. 4 exclusive lanes of the SITP that he would initiate from the race 8 like 2 lanes that would continue from the street 19 and that would widen to 4 to speed up circulation and the picking up of passengers in the final destinations that will be bigger to adjust to the need of the place will be to this pedestrian precinct contiguous, separating the road flows from particular vehicles by means of a depressed 5-meter avenue with 4 lanes, two in each sense between the race third and novena, he will tap into a super-parking lot automated with two mechanical arms that rise and take down the vehicles automatically by means of a software that he organizes them vehicles and gives a chip to the conductor and with the same one he identifies it and he delivers it in a living room, they will be 624 rooms of parking spot in 3 subterranean towers with a reinforced concrete base and on this the metallic radial structure to maximize the space for parking spot. It will be located in the lot between race seventh and octave and streets 18 and 19 and will consent to him by means of the depressed receiving the flow of the race 3 and the street 19 searching solving the increased demand of parking lots and inviting to transit the center in other means of transport. The architectonic object will refrain one point of attention CADE with 52 moduli of attention of different institutions and district secretaries, with first free plant of 4 floors on a metallic structure with concrete lightened in mezzanine and a floated facade, this will go on the super-parking lot. Level pedestrian he will design a level grassland area with different native vegetation and with little intrusive root and focused in being a developmental zone of different social activities and stimulating the appropriation on the project and in being a building sustainable car by means of technologies as green covers, solar panels, water harvesting rain and the implementation of algae culture to reduce the atmospheric contamination in several places of the project and a visual attraction with the different platforms and the greenness in the whole project and articulating a pedestrian level 4,5-meter and 6- meters platform in width to departing from a metallic structure decreasing loads and weathers of the construction. In order to enable the universal accessibility he will count on multiple access ramps and stairs and elevators, it will be included from the race seventh connected with the project CADE and on the race third articulate to the district film library's building, the platform in addition to be a pedestrian elevated circuit tell with different zones of permanence and bifurcations that will connect with the surrounding shops offering a balcony where you can conduct their business.spa
