Therefore, when reviewing the history of these educational policies could be found that not all demobilized paramilitary have access to education, some return to repeat the crime and, in addition, some curricula are not designed to meet the needs of this type of population.     Abstract

    El presente trabajo de investigación evalúa la elaboración de las políticas educativas para los desmovilizados del paramilitarismo en Colombia, a partir del año 2009 hasta el 2014. Por esta razón se presenta un análisis documental de importantes trabajos que han analizado la normatividad educativa y currículos, que la Agencia Colombiana para la Reintegración diseñó para los desmovilizados de las autodefensas a partir del 2006, puesto que a partir de esta fecha mediante el Decreto 3043 del 2006 dicha instancia sería la encargada de diseñar y ejecutar la política de reintegración. De igual forma se hizo la evaluación del currículo de algunas instituciones de educación informal y formal; primaria, secundaria, técnica, tecnológica y universitaria, que apoyan las políticas educativas realizadas por el gobierno colombiano para este tipo de población. Por ello, al revisar los antecedentes de estas políticas educativas se ha podido encontrar que no todos los desmovilizados del paramilitarismo tienen acceso a la educación, algunos vuelven a reincidir en la delincuencia y, además, algunos currículos no están diseñados para satisfacer las necesidades de este tipo de población. En conclusión, el análisis documental realizado a las políticas educativas hechas por el gobierno y los planes de estudio ofrecidos por diferentes instituciones, evidencian el cumplimiento de sus estrategias así como algunos vacíos curriculares que es necesario corregir para tener una educación de calidad e incluyente para la población desmovilizada producto de los acuerdos de paz en Colombia
