El presente trabajo tiene como propósito realizar un análisis financiero del desempeño que la productividad empresarial del sector industrial y sus subsectores, confecciones y calzado, frente a la economía del país. Para lo anterior, se utilizó métodos cuantitativos con estadísticas descriptivas, a través de las cuales se estimaron los diferentes indicadores financieros indicativos de la productividad del sector industrial en el estudio de caso, en los subsectores del calzado y las confecciones en Medellín y su comparativo con los indicadores a nivel nacional. Con lo anterior, se permitió validar la hipótesis de investigación donde la baja productividad empresarial influye negativamente en la competitividad empresarial y en el PIB del país.
Abstract
The present work aims to carry out a financial analysis of the performance that business productivity in the industrial sector and its sub-sectors, clothing and footwear, facing the country's economy. For the above, used quantitative methods with descriptive statistics, through which various financial indicators indicative of productivity in the industrial sector in the case study, in sub-sectors of foot and garments in Medellín and its comparative were estimated using the indicators at the national level. With this, were allowed to validate the hypothesis of research where low business productivity negatively influences business competitiveness and the PIB of the country.
