Having the above for this problem it is proposed to elaborate a panel composed of coconut fiber, for it was necessary to know the characteristics of the raw material, to later design an optimum panel of easy installation which will be used for the application of acoustic insulation of a Real system. The panel has a level of acoustic insulation which can be used as insulation of the light system of dry construction, has some factors that contribute to the pollution of the environment since they are natural fibers obtained from the recycling, collection among others.     Abstract

    Este trabajo investigativo surge a partir del problema creciente que se presenta en la construcción industrializada el cual afecta la calidad de vida de las personas que posteriormente allí habitan, el problema específicamente es el disconfort acústico, Pues debido a los procesos de aceleración, bajo costo y rendimiento en las ejecuciones de obra se esta dejando de lado un tema muy importante en la construcción. Teniendo lo anterior para dicho problema se propone elaborar un panel compuesto de fibra de coco, para ello fue necesario conocer las características de la materia prima, para posteriormente diseñar un panel óptimo de fácil instalación el cual será utilizado para la aplicación de aislamiento acústico de un sistema real. El panel tiene un nivel de aislamiento acústico el cual se puede utilizar como asilamiento del sistema liviano de construcción en seco, tiene unos factores que contribuye a la contaminación del medio ambiente ya que son fibras naturales obtenidas del reciclaje, recolección entre otros. Es importante resaltar que la estructura ideal del sistema de paneles se realizo con base a la estructura que se usa para el sistema liviano de construcción en seco el cual guían un buen desempeño para la distribución y utilización de los paneles, los cuales con lo mas livianos posibles
