Abstract

The document exposes the formal development of a tourist financial and recreative equipment (Center multiintentions and of Conventions) to replace the need of a space for managerial meetings, focused in developing the commercial and sustainable identity of Bucaramanga's city, the capital of the department of Santander. The architectural project joined an urban intervention in his immediate context will be a point of interconnection and integration between the existing and attractive of the city to stimulate the trade of the city before the country and the world, as well as his positioning of tourist sustainable city as for corporate and business tourism. By means of the analysis of the structures of the city and the information and statistics on his economic development in the different chapters of this writing one will find the justification and means that allow the resolution of the architectural project together with the exposition of an urban offer that he contributes to the integral development of the sector and the minimization of the impact that was generating the equipment.
