Abstract

This interest is the basis of the approach of this monograph. The research comes to understand a problem that arises in the path of the Cairo-Las Brisas Saldaña Township Department of Tolima, this problem is the weather and the waste of a natural resource, besides being native throughout the region, the project is developing from calabash and other natural resources cover system first put to better use to totumo and second to determine that this type of cover is comfortable working even better than zinc tile which is the predominant type in all homes , making the community managers and leaders of their own approaches to housing.
