Plan de desarrollo provincial “triángulo del Gualivá” estrategias para el desarrollo competitivo de Supatá, San Francisco y la Vega.

Abstract

It is worrisome for the agricultural countries like Colombia and in general, for all the habitants of the planet the shortage supply and the crisis by lack of resources that does increasingly visible over the years. The agricultural production approaches to a point in that the demographic growth beside the increase of the human longevity will not allow attending the demand of resources that the population require. At present 76% of the Colombian population, according to the figures of the worldwide bank, It resides in the urban sectors of the country; this with a tendency to the increase. (world Bank, 2014) The strengthening of the main cities beside the lack of offer in matter of public services (Education, Transport, and Health) converts to the municipalities in population ejectors. Where his inhabitants abandon the territory migrating to the big cities in search of the improvement in his quality of life, which has harmful consequences for the internal production, reducing the producing activity and bending the development to the trade and the services. Such is the situation that the GDP of the agricultural sector decreased in this decade in 2% with regard to the previous that registered 8% of the gross internal product total of the country. (Portafolio, 2015). This project concentrates in make possible the opportunities in the Gualivá´s region, more specifically in the municipalities of La Vega, San Francisco and Supatá looking for potentiate those possibilities through a correct regional planning (Strategic plan of regional development), encouraging the integral development of the province with productive mechanisms referents to the concepts of individual and regional competitiveness with regard to the municipalities that compose the delimited territory. Loaning greater attention to those that present greater lack in matter of income and possibilities, which is conditioned to the offer in services of insufficient public character and in some non-existent cases beside the fault of connectivity product of a deficient infrastructure. Through the strategic plan expects generate a network of production and services, which promote the integral development of the municipalities and his consistent growth in matter of competitiveness, Tackling the territorial disequilibrium and strengthening widely the relations inter territorial; which translate in lacks of educational equipment, of economic order and services, Generating dynamic important like the migration of his inhabitants to the capitals of province and, mainly to Bogota, which expects , through the plan, diminish notably.
