    Abstract

    El propósito fundamental de este proyecto es desarrollar un análisis sobre la necesidad de un plan de manejo integral para el aprovechamiento de los alimentos desechados en la central de Abastos de Bogotá, a través de una investigación minuciosa de las causas y el estado en que los alimentos son desechados y así puedan ser utilizados para el consumo humano, para ello se parte de pronósticos y estimaciones, teniendo en cuenta los estudios sociales y ambientales, que se requieran para llegar al éxito del proyecto.

    Abstract

    The main purpose of this projects to develop an analysis of the need for a comprehensive management plan for the use of discard foods at the Abastos plant in Bogotá, through a thorough investigation of the causes and the state in which food Are discarded and thus can be used for human consumption, based on forecasts and estimates, taking into account the technical, economic, financial, social, environmental, market and other studies that are required to achieve the success of the project.
