The current trend is to think that motivation for employees is a good salary, however the best compensation that complements the economic is to offer more satisfaction in personal, family and / or professional needs, encouraging in a positive way the image they have on their Work environment and increasing their productivity, thus improving their quality of life and fostering a good organizational climate. The stage and the atmosphere are really important in the relation of the man with his space and the sensations that this produces him. To achieve this, an accompaniment was carried out using an investigative instrument (questionnaire), where the main problems were concluded. The present document shows the investigative process in the company RR Construcciones SAS, having as main objective the formulation of a proposal based on the emotional salary to improve job satisfaction, based on the problem of lack of motivation in employees.     Abstract

    Hoy en día se piensa más en los trabajadores de las empresas, sus sentimientos, pensamientos y opiniones; donde la prioridad será su bienestar y motivación, sin ésta no habría retención de talento y los empleados acabarían marchándose. La tendencia actualmente es pensar que la motivación para los empleados es un buen salario, sin embargo, la mejor compensación que complementa lo económico es ofrecer más satisfacción en las necesidades personales, familiares y/o profesionales, incentivando de forma positiva la imagen que tienen sobre su ambiente laboral e incrementando su productividad, mejorando así su calidad de vida y fomentando un buen clima organizacional. El escenario y el ambiente son realmente importantes en la relación del hombre con su espacio y las sensaciones que esto le producen. Para lograr lo anterior se llevó a cabo un acompañamiento usando un instrumento investigativo (cuestionario), donde se concluyeron las principales problemáticas. En el documento presente se muestra el proceso investigativo en la empresa RR Construcciones SAS, teniendo como objetivo principal la formulación de una propuesta basada en el salario emocional para mejorar la satisfacción laboral, a partir de la problemática sobre la falta de motivación en los empleados.
