Due to exercise that part at the site number 14, apple Six South Teusaquillo neighborhood Vengoechea house located in the direction Ribas street corner 32 # 15-13, where interviews with the owner spotted the problems of land and some in own context and then recognize it as mentioned by the district planning Department with the term of hidden poverty "masked when parameters, rules and structural correlations that do not allow see new situations in poverty in the upper strata are assumed. For example, when it is assumed that in the premises with high stratifications wealthy people live without considering current conditions and real lives of these people and their needs.     Abstract

    El objetivo general del presente trabajo es diseñar de un plan piloto de revitalización, que se fundamente en la investigación realizada en la zona comprendida como la manzana seis del barrio Sur de Teusaquillo; haciendo uso de estrategias como la recolección informática de textos que brindaron testimonio relevante correspondiente a la localidad de Teusaquillo, seleccionándola por factores de importancia como los mencionado (Mora, s.f, pág. 3)la localidad está ubicada en el centro geográfico de la ciudad de Bogotá. Las principales características que hacen importante esta localidad para la ciudad es el poseer un gran número de predios inmuebles que son bienes de interés cultural; llegando a ser 1632 los localizados en esta. El diagnostico local de participación social de la localidad menciona que estos inmuebles cuentan con declaratorias en diferentes caracteres: nacional, regional y distrital (Alcaldia Mayor de Bogota , 2012, pág. 33). A esto se suma como se menciona en el texto anterior, que las singularidades de la zona son consecuencia de diferentes momentos históricos, diferentes políticas administrativas, distintas tendencias arquitectónicas y urbanas llegadas al país durante el siglo XX. Debido al ejercicio que parte en el predio número 14, de la manzana seis del barrio Sur de Teusaquillo casa Vengoechea Ribas localizado en la dirección calle 32 #15-13 esquina, donde las entrevistas realizadas a la propietaria divisaron las problemáticas del predio y algunos en contexto poseen, para luego reconocerlo como lo menciona la Secretaria distrital de planeación con el termino de pobreza oculta “Se oculta cuando se asumen unos parámetros, reglas y correlaciones estructurales que no permiten ver nuevas situaciones en la pobreza en los estratos altos.
