    Abstract

    El desarrollo económico en la ciudad de Bogotá tiende al crecimiento, siendo Bogotá la ciudad que mayor aporte da al Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) en el país, no obstante, las problemáticas que se evidencian en cuanto a las formas de comercio informal parecen también ir en crecimiento. El comercio informal en Bogotá ha venido en crecimiento según las cifras que maneja el Instituto para la Economía Social (IPES) y se hace notoria la necesidad de reglamentar este tipo de comercio con medidas que eliminen este problema sin afectar la población de la cual su economía depende de esto. Se entenderá el espacio público como un espacio libre de transito por el que el peatón puede transitar libremente, siendo así, el espacio público no es de permanencia tal como lo hacen los vendedores informales y es en este punto donde surge la problemática, el ocupar un lugar que por normativa es libre. A raíz de esto, en el trabajo presentado se irán conociendo cuales son las características tanto del uso de un espacio público para el comercio como el respeto de dicho espacio público entendiendo así ambas partes para no afectar ninguna de estas.
