Furthermore, we have different models that present inadequate solutions, increasing problems as the excessive zones and urban fragmentation between others. Provoking the disarticulation of the produced element, the loss of capital and opportunities to improve the fabric and the appropriation and the correct linkage to the dynamics of the context. This has caused what zones interior of the center of Bogotá disjointed among themselves and are their context, as is the case of San Bernardo, San Victorino and the National Vote. That is why the objective of this work is to establish the bases for the application of future models of urban developments for sectors with characteristics like those present in San VIctorino, San Bernardo and the National Vote, through an adaptable model of urban revitalization of zonal impact which helps to mitigate problems of insecurity, abandonment and damage, through spaces that are properly articulated with their context and likewise with the dynamics of the place; in order to improve the urban profile of the downtown.     Abstract

    El desarrollo urbano de Bogotá durante el último siglo ha sido el resultado de un crecimiento acelerado y la falta de control sobre el mismo, dando como resultado una ciudad fragmentada, conformada por retazos, que por lo general, no fueron tenidos en cuenta por los planes implementados en los últimos 40 años ni por las constructoras del país, según la CENAC, (1980) “... el Instituto de Crédito Territorial ideó las “licitaciones abiertas” que permitieron al constructor proponer un plan de 500-1000 o más viviendas un sistema que permitiese reducir costos al mínimo” revista Escala, edición 104, pág. 3 indicando que la construcción en Bogotá desde 1977 hasta 1980 fue producto de la alta demanda en la vivienda popular. Lo anterior ha dado como resultado modelos de intervención que presentan soluciones inadecuadas, acrecentando problemas como la zonificación excesiva y la fragmentación urbana entre otros, provocando la desarticulación del elemento producido, la perdida de capital y de oportunidades para mejorar el tejido, la apropiación, y la correcta vinculación a las dinámicas del contexto. Esto ha causado que zonas al interior del centro de Bogotá se encuentren desarticuladas entre sí y de su contexto, como es el caso de San Bernardo, San Victorino y el Voto Nacional. Es por ello que el objetivo de este trabajo es dejar establecidas las bases para la aplicación de futuros modelos de desarrollos urbanos para sectores con características similares a las presentes en San Victorino, San Bernardo y El Voto Nacional, mediante un modelo adaptable de revitalización urbana de impacto zonal que ayude a mitigar problemas de inseguridad, abandono y deterioro, por medio de espacios que se articulen adecuadamente con su contexto y así mismo con las dinámicas del lugar, mejorando el perfil urbano del centro de la ciudad.
