From the above, the project generates an organic tissue, through a network of scenarios for comprehensive community care in the village, allowing the inhabitants of this population to have a network of collective scenarios of the first order and public spaces of second order; the first ones, as interaction sites, identifying themselves as milestones for the population, which may also be used as shelters in environmental situations, the second ones, as a functional support and complement to first-order scenarios, with the virtue of consolidating the urban tissue of the municipality .     Abstract

    En referencia al desarrollo territorial colombiano; específicamente sobre zonas costeras se evidencia carencia de información sobre estudios de crecimiento urbano y organización territorial, especialmente en cuanto a las poblaciones palafíticas, considerando la importancia cultural e histórica que poseen, siendo este un modelo de autodesarrollo poco explorado en el país, representa una de las formas de crecimiento lacustres más antiguas de la región costera en Colombia; para esta investigación y tomando como escenario especifico la ciénaga grande de santa marta a través de la población nueva Venecia, se toma como base general de estudio el crecimiento disgregado de la población y las problemáticas por falta de asistencia a servicios básicos que se evidencia en el lugar, donde actualmente presenta una problemática evidente de división y desconexión territorial debido a la falta de espacios propicios para la socialización, integración, capacitación y formación educativa de sus habitantes, esto asociado con otros problemas como la carencia de servicios públicos, insalubridad y las difíciles condiciones de habitabilidad. A partir de lo anterior el proyecto genera un tejido orgánico por medio de una red de escenarios para la atención integral comunitaria en el corregimiento, permitiendo a los habitantes de esta población contar con una red de escenarios colectivos de primer orden y espacios públicos de segundo orden; los primeros, como sitios de interacción identificándose como hitos para la población los cuales también podrán ser utilizados como albergues en situaciones ambientales, los segundos, como apoyo funcional y complemento de los equipamientos de primer orden, con la virtud de consolidar el tejido urbano del corregimiento.
