Descubriendo la piel de la Tatacoa, propuesta de lineamientos para el ecoturismo en áreas de protección ambiental

“Al determinar los lineamientos para las acciones humanas en las áreas naturales del territorio de La Tatacoa, se establece un desarrollo del territorio de manera sostenible”, con esta premisa se orienta esta investigación. Se busca procurar la protección del ecosistema natural a través del planteamiento de lineamientos, desde la perspectiva arquitectónica, para el Plan de Manejo de la Ecorregión vigente, para que se tenga en cuenta la totalidad de actividades ejercidas por las poblaciones que allí habitan, para comprender la influencia que tienen en las áreas de protección ambiental. Así mismo, es precisa una interpretación de la influencia de La Tatacoa en tres Escalas territoriales (regional, municipal y turística), desde las que se efectúa una evaluación, a través de los criterios establecidos en la investigación, para el planteamiento de los lineamientos que, se aplican.
El reto mayor al que se enfrenta la protección del entorno natural de La Tatacoa, está enfocado en el desarrollo de la actividad turística que se ejerce en el territorio. Es por ello que el foco de acción, para el resultado de esta investigación, contempla diferentes estrategias para mitigar la expansión del turismo en el área de protección del ecosistema. Es así que, entendiendo la totalidad de acciones ejercidas en el lugar y el significado que este tiene en diferentes Escalas territoriales, se amplía el panorama para atender cada uno de sus componentes, y dan una mirada más clara para tomar acciones que permitan mitigar las intervenciones humanas en las áreas de protección ambiental
Abstract
"In determining the guidelines for human actions in the natural areas of the territory of La Tatacoa, a development of the territory is established in a sustainable manner", with this premise this research is oriented. The aim is to protect the natural ecosystem through the presentation of guidelines, from the architectural perspective, for the current Ecoregion Management Plan, in order to take into account, the totality of activities carried out by the populations living there, to understand the influence they have in the areas of environmental protection. Likewise, an interpretation of the influence of La Tatacoa on three territorial scales (regional, municipal and tourist) is needed, from which an evaluation is made, through the criteria established in the research, for the approach of the guidelines that, are applied.
The biggest challenge facing the protection of the natural environment of La Tatacoa, is focused on the development of tourism activity that is exercised in the territory. That is why the focus of action, for the result of this research, contemplates different strategies to mitigate the expansion of tourism in the ecosystem protection area. Thus, understanding the totality of actions carried out in the place and the meaning that it has in different territorial Scales, the panorama is extended to address each of its components, and give a clearer look to take actions that will mitigate the interventions human rights in the areas of environmental protection.
