| dc.description | El sector antiguo de marinilla fue declarado como monumento nacional mediante el Decreto 264 de 1963, a pesar que el municipio tiene dicha declaratoria, no cuenta con una delimitación establecida y tampoco con un Plan Especial de Manejo y Protección (PEMP), situación que genera una continua amenaza para los inmuebles con valor patrimonial que conforman dicho sector. El propósito de esta investigación es identificar los inmuebles que conforman el sector antiguo del municipio de Marinilla y definir cuáles de estos cuentan con características arquitectónicas singulares por la cuales es procedente asignarles valores patrimoniales de tipo: histórico, estético y simbólico. Para esto se indagó sobre la evolución urbana e histórica del municipio de Marinilla y se desarrollaron fichas técnicas de valoración. La finalidad de identificar dichos valores, es aportar al patrimonio cultural del municipio, mediante la conservación de las edificaciones con valor patrimonial que conforman el sector urbano arquitectónico más antiguo del municipio | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The old sector of the city was declared as a national monument by Decree 264 of 1963, despite the fact that the municipality has a declared declaration, an account with a delimitation and a Special Plan for Management and Protection (PEMP), a situation that generates a Continue for properties with heritage value that make up this sector.
