    TY - GEN T1 - Regeneración urbana: una herramienta de integración al contexto como alternativa de desarrollo, intervención en el barrio Bilbao Suba AU - Carranza Beltrán, Diego Alejandro AU - Motta Girón, Diego Fernando AU - Castro Bautista, Felipe Y1 - 2018 UR - http://hdl.handle.net/11396/3476 PB - Universidad La Gran Colombia AB - From the study on the background that define the formation of the Bilbao Neighborhood, three general factors that directly affect the urban development of the sector must be taken into account, the first component to be addressed involves a self-constructed informal neighborhood development, due to population growth and migration by families affected by the economic crisis and the armed conflict; In relation to the first factor, the second component takes into account the current morphological organization as a result generating negative urban dynamics such as insecurity causing a lack of appropriation of space and sense of belonging to the public space and the disconnection of the sector with the rest of the town , and the third component has to do with the consolidation of the neighborhood in the northwestern urban edge where several environmental factors are found such as the Bogotá River and the Juan Amarillo wetland, which without proper management, could cause damage to both the ecosystem and its habitants. The aforementioned issues identify urban problems that involve the physical-functional organization directly affecting the habitability, the articulation of the sector and the bad structuring generating a negative environmental impact, for which it is necessary to propose an urban intervention plan as an element of renovation that counteracts , restructure and mitigate the urban and environmental problems to potentiate the dynamics by organizing and interrelating the spaces improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the sector. This purpose by Bentley can be applied taking into account the distribution of the place and what happens in it, focusing on terms of permeability and readability in the sector, (1999), Bazant make mention in understanding the activities of the people who will occupy the urban intervention to be able to determine a spatial organization adapted to the needs of the residents, for which the design methodology that analyzes urban activities is considered (1983), from a spatial approach, urban activities and transport modalities for an optimal spatial functional organization in the sector.     Abstract

    Apartir del estudio sobre los antecedentes que definen la formación del Barrio Bilbao, se debe tener en cuenta 3 factores generales que afectan directamente el desarrollo urbano del sector, el primer componente a tratar involucra un desarrollo del barrio informal autoconstruido, debido al crecimiento poblacional y la migración por parte de familias que se ven afectadas por la crisis económica y el conflicto armado; en relación al primer factor, el segundo componente tiene en cuenta la organización morfológica actual como consecuencia generando dinámicas urbanas negativas como la inseguridad causando una falta de apropiación del espacio y sentido de pertenencia del espacio público y la desconexión del sector con el resto de la localidad, y el tercer componente tiene que ver con la consolidación del barrio en el borde urbano noroccidental donde se encuentran diversos factores ambientales como el rio Bogotá y el humedal Juan Amarillo que sin el debido manejo, podrían causar daños tanto en el ecosistema como en sus habitantes. Los temas mencionados anteriormente identifican problemas urbanísticos que involucran la organización físico-funcional afectando directamente la habitabilidad, la articulación del sector y la mala estructuración generando un impacto ambiental negativo, por lo cual es necesario proponer un plan de intervención urbana como elemento de renovación que contrarreste, reestructure y mitigue las problemáticas urbanas y ambientales para potencializar las dinámicas organizando e interrelacionando los espacios mejorando la calidad de vida de los habitantes del sector. Dicho por Bentley este propósito se puede aplicar teniendo en cuenta la distribución del lugar y lo que sucede en él, enfocándolo en términos de permeabilidad y legibilidad en el sector, (1999) Bazant menciona que entendiendo las actividades de las personas que ocuparán la intervención urbana para poder determinar una organización espacial adecuada a las necesidades de los residentes, por lo cual se plantea la metodología de diseño que analiza las actividades urbanas (1983), desde un enfoque espacial, actividades urbanas y modalidades de transporte para una óptima organización funcional espacial en el sector. La renovación urbana del barrio Bilbao puede mitigar problemas como las desconexiones en la trama urbana por medio de una trasformación morfológica causando cambios en la relación con el medio físico articulando los barrios que hacen parte de este fragmento de la ciudad donde se busca diseñar estrategias de orden urbano para consolidar y articular el barrio Bilbao con la Localidad de Suba por medio de herramientas de diseño urbano sin afectar el medio ambiente existente y potencializando las dinámicas de desarrollo a nivel de comercio, interacción social, seguridad, habitabilidad y una conexión adecuada de su trama respecto al resto de la localidad
