Prototipo de vivienda social bioclimática y sostenible en el municipio de Quibdó

Abstract

Architecture has caused irreversible damage to the environment, and sustainable construction is a goal of the next fifty years, the use of renewable energy in the key element of this goal, therefore this research "Prototype of Social Housing Bioclimatic and Sustainable in the municipality of Quibdó, Colombia ", aims to contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions and energy consumption that a dwelling currently generates during its useful life, by means of passive, active construction techniques and taking advantage of the climatic conditions of the place. By locating the project in the neighborhood of El Futuro in Quibdó, this being an invasion neighborhood, populated by Afro-descendants victims of violence, the research not only responds to the prototype of housing as a refuge, if it is not social, economic and social sustainability. environmental, where the prototype is interpreted as a whole. This research seeks answers to the social and economic customs of the region interpreted in a dwelling. Being a priority of design and methodology, to satisfy the needs and the communities of the people, as at present, the houses are constructed with precarious materials, where 65% of the kitchen, 95% does not have areas suitable for the cleanliness and waste processing. The implementation of a housing prototype able to comply with the above, could be replicable and this would generate a reduction in the energy consumption of each house and the neighborhood in general, where the economy of the inhabitants would be directly benefited
