La movilidad en Bogotá tanto a nivel de distrito como a nivel regional, durante las últimas décadas, no ha sido el más óptimo, debido a que la capital del país ha crecido rápidamente y con este crecimiento ha traído la necesidad de ampliar la infraestructura de usos y la vivienda, sim embargo la infraestructura vial no ha logrado ser la más óptima y el tráfico en la región no tiene el cubrimiento de rutas necesarias para la movilidad de los usuarios; El proyecto modal de transferencia Meandro del Say, es una visión del mejoramiento de la movilidad en la capital de Colombia , Bogotá y sus municipios aledaños hacia el occidente ( Mosquera, Madrid, Funza y Facatativá ) Con un hibrido de servicios complementarios, la aplicación de rutas de intermunicipales y la integración de los medios de transporte existentes ( Contando con la revitalización del tren de cercanías), pretende ser un nodo de transporte eficiente, abasteciendo de manera óptima el transporte de la región
Abstract
